Back in deep dark mid-winter here in London (or about 3 weeks ago) I managed to snap one of my pannier release levers one morning by attempting to force it when it was frozen solid. Stupid I know but I had run out of de-icer and needed to use the pannier to get some stuff to work.
Do any of you know whether it is possible to replace the release levers or is it an all or nothing job?
