Seat interchangeability F800ST and F800GT

I bought a $$ extra low seat for my F00ST 2007. Now looking at a 2013 F800GT. Can I just swap the seat over? This illustration seems to say yes. Any firsthand knowledge?

Yes they are the same. You can check by looking up the part number.....it will be the same for the ST and GT.

Thank you. I was getting that impression. I know there were changes from ST to GT but not that I guess.

S, ST, R and GT all share the same seat base and are interchangeable.
