Has anyone upgraded there forks with progressive springs? Has it made any really difference to the distinctly soft front end? (Think am being kind with a soft description)
Cheers

I had the HyperPro progressive 50mm lowering springs front and rear. They were excellent over the stock fork springs. They did finally wear out after 45K miles and I ended up going with a full tractive suspension upgrade which is another level of awesome

Well I finally went and got new touratech springs for the forks and rear shock. This has made a tremendous difference and really settled the bike’s previous bouncing rocking horse style.
I’d recommend it to anyone and it’s relatively cheap to do, £225 for front and rear springs with oil included. Well worth it.

I just put the Hyperpro progressives on my 2010 F800GS. I went with the "touratek big tank" stiffer spring.

Also swapped for skf seals and replaced the inner and outer bushings.

BMW bushes were more than I wanted to pay. I ordered from Innteck, and I wasn't sure the bushings were correct when ordering since I couldn't find that they were for my bike specifically, but they were perfect. Part numbers below.

Big improvement.

Seals:

OUTER FORK BUSHING - MARZOCCHI 45MM
SKU: SKTI45M

INNER FORK BUSHING - MARZOCCHI 45MM
