Here's a list for my 92,000 km F700GS (2017)
Routine Maintenance/consumables
Preventative Maintenance

In all fairness, I have replaced worn-out chain/sprockets, upgraded fork internals (did seals/bushings at the same time), sparkplugs, brake pads, battery, tires, wheel bearings (preventative), wheel spacers (preventative), oil, air filter, coolant, etc. Upgraded to LED headlight, Madstad windshield, Corbin seat. Added radiator guard, inner rear fender, front fender extender etc. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing to address any part or mechanical "failure" in the more than 50,000 km since I bought it three years ago.

I hope your problems are behind you at this point.

I believe that you mentioned that you often rode in adverse weather conditions. While I don't necessarily avoid rain, I avoid snow/ice and don't frequently ride when the roads have been salted during the winter, unless conditions are dry. Even then, I'll hose off the bike ASAP when I get home - salt is a killer for motorcycles. Bike is mostly parked from early December until mid-March.

I did, I try to ride all year long when I do have a bike and so far I've been on it nearly everyday.

The eccentric housing has been cleaned up a bit and it looks better than the picture but I'm sure there are other areas to clean.

Access to a lift has made repairs easier.
