You are not the first owner who asks this question and my reply was what they reported to have received as the answer given by their dealers. There is a difference but it should not be of much influence. F800´s normally don´t use any oil so a difference of the oil level should be spotted easily if you use the same method every time you check.

I used a front wheel clamp to park my F800S so that is a solution too.
