I have my eye on an F800GS Adventure but the standard height is too tall for my comfort at 69". If I can find a low seat I think it would be manageable but want to be sure I can find one before completing the purchase. Any idea where I could find one?

There are a lot of aftermarket seat options(Sergeant, Seat Concepts, etc), or you may be able to find one through classifieds or a dealer. How much lower are you trying to get the seat height? I've had the standard and currently have the low one, there isn't a huge difference. There are also a couple of other ways to lower the bike, or just slide to the side and put one foot down. I'm an inch taller than you so not much difference.

What other options are there to lower it? I know you can slide the forks down a bit and adjust the preload with the hand knob. Anything else?

There are some options to lower the suspension by an inch and the two adjustments that you made. I usually just slide to one side when stopped. I’ve got a 30” inseam so flat footing with both feet isn’t always an option
