Right hand pannier box lock mechanism. My one has a broken plastic socket that the lock barrel fits in to. Can't buy just this part, BMW will only sell the entire mechanism. So, Looking for either a second hand pannier box or just the lock mechanism.

The lock on my pannier died, the key just spins round and round. It is stuck in the open box position so I can open and close it but can't take the pannier off the bike. I have a new barrel but can't see how to get the old one out. Anyone got any ideas?
